Escorts,
though generally not needed would be charged according to
the local rates. Escorts are necessary for extra wide or
oversized loads. Special permits, as necessary, will be
an added cost.

Description |
| Outstanding
marina and other bills accrued through the time of pick
up will be paid by Certified Sales, Inc. and be invoiced
directly to the "owner" (insurance
company, bank, lender or private owner-refered to as
owner) once the boat or item has been retrieved. Assistance,
as requested, will be provided in negotiation of reasonable
marine and other bills for pick up for the owner. A
2% service fee is charged for these services.* |
| Storage
at our Mendon, MA. location offer special storage rates
on "For Sale" goods and 30 days free storage
will be given during the selling season. In the case
of RI location, regular rates apply. Special winter
rates apply at both locations. |
| Extended
storage is available in cases of debtor contested repossessions,
bankruptcies: Insurance request held for subrogation,
collateral stored, held for any reason whatsoever which
keeps sales process on Hold and removed by lender or
others at the rate of $15.00 per foot per month. Debtor
storage is minimum $15.00 per day, due and paid prior
to debtor redemption, as per Massachusetts D.P.U. regulations. |
